1、氣源壓力供給是否正常。如氣源壓力不正常的話(huà)，將氣源壓力穩定在標準值。
1. Whether the air supply pressure supply is normal. If the air supply pressure is abnormal, stabilize the air supply pressure to the standard value.
2、油壓表是否損壞。壞的油壓表不能正常顯示壓力，造成了沒(méi)有壓力的假象，如是壞了的油壓表將油壓表更換。
2. Check whether the oil pressure gauge is damaged. The broken oil pressure gauge can not display the pressure normally, causing the illusion that there is no pressure. If it is broken, replace the oil pressure gauge.
3、油壓表接頭看看有沒(méi)有生料帶堵住。檢查油壓表過(guò)油孔是否被污漬堵住。

4、調壓閥是否損壞及調速接頭是不是出于沒(méi)打開(kāi)狀態(tài)。如是調壓閥壞了，更換調壓閥;將調速接頭正常打開(kāi)看看。

5、液壓油不足。檢查氣液增壓泵液壓油油量，如液壓油不足的話(huà)，添加液壓油油筒二條標簽線(xiàn)中即可。

此外當增壓泵突然停止工作時(shí)，應檢查控制電壓信號，如果信號正常，關(guān)斷氣源，確保泵內無(wú)壓縮空氣時(shí)，擰開(kāi)右端蓋上的限位閥螺帽，取出限位閥閥桿，檢查密封圈是否離開(kāi)溝槽，如果離開(kāi)，把它推回溝槽，重新安裝好螺帽，接通氣源；

Unscrew the limit valve nut on the right end cover, take out the limit valve stem, and check whether the seal ring leaves the groove. 泵如果仍不動(dòng)作，再關(guān)斷氣源，確保泵內無(wú)壓縮空氣時(shí)，更換電磁換向閥，接通氣源；如增壓泵仍不工作，請聯(lián)系我們或就近代理或供應商。

當增壓泵輸出壓力下降或達不到設定壓力時(shí)，請檢查管線(xiàn)是否有泄露，如無(wú)泄露現象，請檢查氣源壓力是否正常，如一切均正常則考慮更換密封件。
