氣液增壓泵要求的驅動(dòng)氣壓范圍：1bar≤驅動(dòng)氣壓≤8.3bar；

它對工作環(huán)境也是有要求的：要求無(wú)塵（允許微粒為40μm、無(wú)腐蝕、環(huán)境溫度0-60°C）；

驅動(dòng)氣體接入：在標注有驅動(dòng)空氣接口（端口螺紋安裝尺寸有備注），接入驅動(dòng)和預壓縮介質(zhì)，建議配置過(guò)濾器裝置精度滿(mǎn)足我們要求，驅動(dòng)進(jìn)氣配置油霧器對泵體本身起到潤滑作用（油霧器建議添加VG32的透平油，其它油會(huì )加快密封件的老化），低溫環(huán)境請添加抗低溫潤滑油。

介質(zhì)種類(lèi)：增壓介質(zhì)可以是液壓油、純水、液態(tài)CO2等，常規增壓泵介質(zhì)不可是腐蝕性、氧化性易燃易爆液體，如硝酸鹽等。
Medium type: The boosting medium can be hydraulic oil, pure water, liquid CO2, etc. The conventional booster pump medium cannot be corrosive, oxidizing, flammable and explosive liquids, such as nitrates.

低壓介質(zhì)接入：在標注有入口接口（端口螺紋安裝尺寸有備注），接入增壓介質(zhì)，介質(zhì)純凈度要求為NAS1638-10級，建議配置過(guò)濾器裝置精度滿(mǎn)足我們要求,嚴禁介質(zhì)中混入鐵渣焊渣、粉塵等固體顆粒，液壓油等循環(huán)利用的介質(zhì)請定期對其更換或過(guò)濾。
Low pressure medium access: When the inlet interface is marked (with remarks on the installation size of the port thread), the pressurized medium is connected. The minimum purity requirement for the medium is NAS1638-10 level. It is recommended to configure a filter device with accuracy that meets our requirements. It is strictly prohibited to mix solid particles such as iron slag, welding slag, dust, and hydraulic oil in the medium. Please replace or filter it regularly.
溫度要求：常規增壓泵，驅動(dòng)氣體和氣缸工作時(shí)溫度為-20~80℃，超出此范圍必須停機，溫度正常方可開(kāi)機。耐高溫產(chǎn)品規定溫度執行。
Temperature requirements: For conventional booster pumps, the temperature of the driving gas and cylinder during operation is -20~80 ℃. If the temperature exceeds this range, the pump must be shut down and can only be started if the temperature is normal. The specified temperature for high-temperature products shall be implemented.
管路要求：根據泵的輸出壓力，必須選擇能承受泵輸出壓力的管路。
Pipeline requirements: Based on the output pressure of the pump, a pipeline that can withstand the maximum output pressure of the pump must be selected.
固定方式：每臺增壓泵都配有兩個(gè)L型腳架，根據腳架上的開(kāi)孔尺寸進(jìn)行安裝。
Fixing method: Each booster pump is equipped with two L-shaped legs, which are installed according to the size of the holes on the legs.
啟動(dòng)：
Start:
1.確保增壓泵固定牢靠。
1. Ensure that the booster pump is securely fixed.
2.確保所有的接口都緊固連接而且原件安裝到位。
2. Ensure that all interfaces are securely connected and the components are installed in place.
3..調節減壓閥，將氣壓調到0psi。
3. Adjust the pressure reducing valve to set the air pressure to 0psi.
4.打開(kāi)進(jìn)氣開(kāi)關(guān)，慢慢調大減壓閥直到泵啟動(dòng)（正常情況下泵的啟動(dòng)壓力在15~20psi）,繼續調節并觀(guān)察高壓壓力表，達到您需要的壓力。
4. Turn on the intake switch, slowly increase the pressure reducing valve until the pump starts (under normal circumstances, the starting pressure of the pump is 15-20psi), continue to adjust and observe the high-pressure pressure gauge to reach the pressure you need.
